CassianRx is looking to hire a full-time Director of Business Development to help continue to grow our customer base. As part of a small team, every person has a chance to take the lead and will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of healthcare technology. This position will initially be REMOTE with the option to continue remotely or relocate to Pittsburgh or Philadelphia in the near future. Director of Business Development Responsibilities: • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams. • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities. • Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research. • Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed. • Preparing documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs). • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs. • Develop strategic partnerships to help grow the business. • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management. • Average 75+ customer interactions per day Who you are: • 3+ years of direct experience selling software / SaaS services into pharmaceutical manufacturers and or specialty pharmacies • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous. • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience. • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional leadership and management skills. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Strong business acumen. • Detail-oriented and persuasive. • Be a problem-solver • Excited to learn • Support and respect others CONTACT & APPLY Please send a resume to careers@cassiansolutions.com with the position as the subject line - Director of Business Development, National Accounts
